By Commissioning me, you agree to these terms
Terms are subject to change at my discretion
♦ I own all copy rights to any piece I am commissioned to do unless otherwise discussed through a separate agreement. Commissions will not be for commercial use unless discussed prior to.
♦ I Have the right to decline or refuse any commission for any reason.
♦ you are NOT permitted to use my art in any NFTs, this includes and is not limited to ANY blockchain related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space, and is not limited to any public or private.
♦ Once payment is received and the sketch is approved you are ineligible for a refund.
♦ I will provide several updates of the process, if at any time you desire changes, small tweaks will be free of charge, while larger requests may require additional payment.
♦ You are not allowed to edit or change my artwork after it has been completed.
♦ Payment is required upfront, in USD through either PayPal or Venmo (all currencies must be converted to USD).
♦Turnaround time may vary as I am a full-time college student. That being said please be patient as school is my priority. However, please feel free to poke me for updates, I don't mind and often times find them helpful.
♦ I will not budge on my prices, please do not complain about them or my terms of service.
